1. Who we are, and what we do

Te Hang Inc ("Te Hang", "we") is a travel agency at 8 Charles St, North Reading, MA 01864, United States. We arrange travel on behalf of our clients: we quote, book and manage flights, hotel reservations and rental cars.

We act as an agent. The airline, hotel or rental company is the supplier that actually carries you, hosts you or rents to you, and their terms, fare rules and conditions apply to your booking in addition to these terms. We do not operate aircraft, hotels or vehicles.

2. Quotes and pricing

A quote is an offer, not a reservation. Airline fares and hotel rates are live inventory and can change or sell out between quoting and payment. A price is only locked once we have issued a ticket, a hotel confirmation or a rental voucher, or the supplier has confirmed the booking in writing.

Quotes are in the currency we state and, unless we say otherwise, include the taxes and fees the supplier charges at the time of quoting. Fees charged directly by a hotel or rental desk on arrival (resort fees, fuel, optional insurance, parking) are payable by you to that supplier.

3. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, tickets and reservations must be paid in full before they are issued. Where a supplier allows a hold, the deadline for payment is the one we give you in writing; if it passes, the hold is released.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Whether a ticket or reservation can be changed or refunded, and at what cost, is determined by the supplier's fare rules and cancellation policy — not by us. Where those rules allow a refund, we will process it and the supplier may take weeks or longer to return funds to us. Service fees we charge for handling a change or cancellation are non-refundable and will be disclosed before you confirm.

5. Your responsibilities

• Documents. You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, transit permission or entry document for every country on your itinerary, and for meeting health or vaccination requirements. US–China travel documents are your responsibility, not ours.
• Accuracy. Passenger names must match the travel document exactly. Corrections after ticketing can be impossible or expensive.
• Punctuality. Check-in and boarding deadlines, and rental car pick-up windows, are set by the supplier. Arriving late can void the booking without refund.
• Arrival documents. You are responsible for presenting the confirmation documents we send you.

6. Insurance

We are not an insurer and travel insurance is not included. We recommend you arrange cover for cancellation, medical costs and baggage. Where you ask us to add insurance, the insurer's terms apply.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for arranging your travel with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, rental companies or other suppliers, nor for weather, strikes, mechanical faults, government action, pandemics or other events outside our control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the service fees we charged for the booking in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts have jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your booking is the one published when you confirm that booking.
