Te Hang Inc ("Te Hang", "we", "us") is a travel agency based at 8 Charles St, North Reading, MA 01864, United States. We arrange flights, hotel reservations and rental cars for travellers moving between China and the United States. You can reach us at 949-678-9318 or info@tehang.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and any messaging handle you choose to give us.
• Trip details — travel dates, origin and destination cities, passenger counts, and preferences you describe to us.
• Booking information — where you ask us to issue a ticket or reservation, we collect the passenger names, dates of birth, document numbers, and payment details required by the airline, hotel or rental supplier.
• Website information — the language you select is stored in your browser. If hosting analytics are enabled, we may receive aggregate page-view data.

The quote form on our home page is an enquiry form. Please do not send passport numbers, payment card numbers or other sensitive documents through that form — we will request them through a secure channel when a booking actually starts.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To make, change or cancel bookings on your behalf.
• To contact you about changes to a trip already in progress.
• To meet accounting, tax and legal record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Who we share it with

Only as far as a booking requires: the airlines, hotels, rental car companies and ticketing or settlement systems that provide your travel. We may also use service providers such as our email host and payment processor, and we will disclose information where the law compels us to.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. It stores one item in your browser's local storage — your language preference (English or Chinese) — so the site opens in the language you last used. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and financial records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting info@tehang.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information. Visitors in the EEA or UK may have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure and objection.

8. Children

Our services are arranged by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 except as part of a family booking made by an adult.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable third-party systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
