Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished state.

What is built in

• Structure. Pages use real headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers and browser outline tools can navigate them.
• Keyboard. Every link, button, form field and tab can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Contrast. Body text and interface text are set to meet AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds.
• Motion. Decorative scrolling and hover effects are switched off automatically if your device requests reduced motion.
• Zoom and reflow. The layout reflows down to a 320-pixel-wide viewport without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
• Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry alt text; purely decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
• Language. The page declares its language and switches between English and Chinese, so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
• Forms. Every field has a visible, programmatically associated label, and errors are announced rather than only coloured.

Known limitations

• The quote form on the home page is a demonstration form and does not yet submit anywhere.
• Some destination photography is supplied by a third-party image service and its captions are conveyed by the city name in the following text rather than by the image itself.
• Our Chinese-language pages use wording translated by our own team; if any phrasing is unclear, tell us and we will rewrite it.

Getting help or reporting a barrier

We welcome reports of any barrier you meet — a control you cannot reach, text you cannot read, a document we sent in the wrong format. If you need a document in another format (large print, plain text), ask and we will provide it at no charge.
